Roman's Plumbing Community Involvement

Roman’s Plumbing, Inc. was conceived with a deep sense of commitment to the community. It has always been a core value ~ one in which we have placed at the heart of everything we do! 

When one defines community involvement, often times it is viewed as monetary – perhaps a donation or a sponsorship. But we here at Roman’s Plumbing, Inc. believe it is so much more … it starts with a deep sense of pride and commitment to paying it forward. It begins with giving the gift of learning, growing and developing the skills to work in a trade deeply rooted in the safety of the community. We have been in business since 2010, and have invested in the development of not one … but two Journeyman Plumbers. Both had little to no experience, yet blossomed into incredible people and plumbers. One plumber graduated in May 2021 and the other is about to graduate this May 2023. Many do not see this as community involvement but in fact it is … it is the purest form of giving and growing a community at the very root of the profession. Teaching, growing and investing in the development of people, the trade and the community.

We live and we work in Petaluma; our children go to school in Petaluma; our business is based in Petaluma. For this reason, we believe we are an integral part of the community we serve – as a protector of building code, as a protector of health and as a contributor to the economy in which we serve. This means our commitment to the community comes in many shapes and forms. We are proud to have been industry sponsors of many local events, donated labor and materials when needed, sponsored several softball teams, assisted clients in need, and so much more!!
