Roman’s Plumbing, Inc. was born out of love. A man simply wanted to provide for his family and that love served as a catalyst for creation.

That man was Roman and he spent fifteen years working in the plumbing industry with an employer he loved and respected. Unfortunately in 2010, when the economy shifted, he was laid off and was left with no choice but to do what he needed to do to survive during a tumultuous time. Roman had no intention of starting Roman’s Plumbing  … but out of struggle comes success. 

After fifteen years working in the plumbing industry, Roman quickly found himself learning far more than the plumbing itself! Suddenly he was forced to learn every aspect of the trade – from management to marketing. Despite the many challenges, Roman learned the foundation of his success was developing a personalized approach to working with customers … and quickly customers became more like family … thus the term,  “one visit and you’re family!”  This became the foundation of our success as we modeled the business with deep rooted values in, above all … to do what is right for every customer which meant many things, but most importantly, to never sell them something they do not need. We also do our best to provide our clients with a voice in the decision-making process. Meaning we provide options so that our clients can decide what is best for their home and budget because ultimately, the decision is theirs.

Roman’s Plumbing, Inc. specializes in residential plumbing services for clients in Sonoma and Marin Counties. Some services we provide include, but are not limited to: remodels, new construction, drain cleaning services, water heater replacements, gas line installations, sewer lateral inspections, installation of fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets, bidets, etc.) and general plumbing inspections. We also provide commercial services but carefully assess the scope of work to ensure we are the best candidate for the job. As a rule of thumb, Roman will not perform work he is not confident doing – often being heard saying, “I will not learn on your job!”
